“For years, I could show compassion to others—but not to myself. With Pennie’s support, I’ve finally learned that being okay with where I am, even in the messy moments, is real progress. That shift changed everything.”
Charlene ~Retired Nurse, Side Business Extraordinaire
“My very first session unearthed hidden childhood fears I didn’t even know were there—and showed me a path to true forgiveness. I discovered powerful visualization that set me free and ignited my journey of self-trust.”

“Turning 50 felt like standing at the bottom of a mountain. But with Pennie’s guidance, I’ve learned to see the climb as part of becoming. I’m not afraid of the messy middle anymore—I’m growing through it.”

From Stuck to Empowered
"I used to be stuck in a place where most people would never want to go and I allowed it to define who I was. This process has opened up my eyes to set boundaries in my relationships. I am ready to step into my personal power!"
– G. B.
Deeper Than Words
"Group Hypno has been surprisingly helpful to me. Some of what I feel I need to process is so deep that I don’t have words to talk about it directly with anyone. Group Hypno removes some of the roadblocks for me."
– P. V.
Crisis to Calm
"I was skeptical at first but almost immediately I felt peace and calm from within. I felt like I could think clearer and I could TRUST my gut over my anxiety. The process guided me to discover the solutions that I needed inside myself and I gained a sense of internal empowerment."
– R. T.
Feeling the FLOW
"I loved that you used universal language to include people of any faith. I also loved the light healing visualizations! I also was able to achieve my desired intention to have more confidence in my musical performance going from a 4 to an 8 on a scale of 1-10, which is super awesome."
– A. D.
Letting Go of Abandonment
"There was one session specifically that helped me recognize the loss I felt of what might have been from being adopted at birth. During the Group session, I was able to grieve that fear and let go of the feeling of abandonment that I have struggled with my whole life."
– A. D.
Why This Works:
Why This Works:
Managers lose up to 40% of their day to workplace drama—navigating conflict, disengagement, and miscommunication instead of driving results.
(Source: The Empowerment Dynamic – Costs of Drama)
The root cause? A repeating loop called the Drama Triangle—where people unconsciously rotate between Victim mentality, Rescuer role, and Persecutor behaviors. This cycle not only drains productivity but erodes team empowerment and workplace culture.
“Chronic rescuing leads to burnout.”~ Donna Zajonc
I know it’s true because I’ve lived it.
As the smallest of six kids—and the shortest in every school picture—I grew up hearing:
“You’re too small to do that.”
I wasn’t abused, but I was bullied. And my self-story of being “incapable” made me a magnet for Persecutors (bullies) and Rescuers who wanted to protect me.
The result? I learned to see myself as less-than—and acted that way. This early experience planted the seeds of the victim role that would later show up in my professional and personal life.
Years later, as a homeschooling mom of five, I caught myself grabbing my kids’ hands during projects—taking over to make it faster, cleaner, better.
I told myself it was helping. But really?
It was rescuing—the same behavior I’d seen modeled around me.
Rescuing may feel like support, but it erodes emotional resilience and keeps people from developing the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
“Coaching is not about being passive, it’s an active practice of empowered presence.” ~ Donna Zajonc
Over the past 17 years, I’ve learned that until a person is asking questions, the answer has no place to land.
In leadership, this is the heart of a coaching culture:
Questions open minds.
Questions shift ownership.
Questions spark the Creator mindset.
Today, instead of rescuing, I practice empowered leadership coaching—helping individuals step into accountability, self-trust, and heart-led leadership.
When a team member realizes they have the power to choose, they:
See their value apart from what the world has told them.
Develop emotional resilience to stay grounded under pressure.
Step into personal accountability that inspires others.
This is culture transformation from the inside out—one person at a time.
It starts with me changing 'me'. Then, it naturally lifts others.
Reflection:
How are you showing up—in work, in life, in relationships?
Bring gentle awareness to one way you want to shift.
Step toward the higher self that’s already within you.
Because when you shift, others around you can too.
