Watch Taylor’s Story
Taylor Kennington
Hypnotherapist
Taylor described himself as “drowning professionally” and feeling like he had to be the lone wolf. He was forcing his way forward while carrying anxiety, fear, overwhelm, and questions of worth.
Through private sessions, Taylor practiced opening instead of forcing, asking for support, and allowing himself not to have all the answers. One of the shifts he named was realizing “It’s safe for me not to know.”
Taylor says his circumstances did not necessarily change, but the way he responded did. His ability to bounce back became much faster, and challenges that once could have taken weeks or months to move through began taking hours.
“Circumstances didn’t necessarily change, but I was responding a whole lot differently. That was probably the biggest win over the last three months. I’ve been able to overcome some challenges that it would have taken me weeks or months to get over, and now it’s just taking me hours.”
