Effective Date: July 14, 2023 Synergy Wellness Solutions Inc, dba Kokoro Creators ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") welcomes you to our website at www.kokorocreators.com ("Site"). By accessing or using our Site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Summary:

Please proactively communicate with us about any session cancellations or payment changes.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be canceled under our “Use it or Lose it” policy.All purchases are final. No refunds.

Be on time. Sessions are “use it or lose it” unless rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance (limit: one reschedule per month).

Photos/videos may be used for marketing purposes with your verbal or written permission. Be respectful and abide by all laws.All Zoom sessions are recorded for quality assurance and privacy, unless client permission is given to share.

Managing Your Health

You are responsible for managing your own health with your healthcare provider. Kokoro Creators does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

Purchase Policy

Memberships are paid in full or financed at the time of subscription.Monthly memberships are paid on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Payment Policies

Declined Credit/Debit Cards: Immediate account suspension until payment info is updated. Credit Card on File: Authorization is given to charge for memberships, sessions, and cancellation fees.Auto-Debit: You authorize recurring charges to your card for your subscription.

Upgrades and Additional Services

You may upgrade or add programs at any time. Additional charges and program-specific terms will apply.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.

Session Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Missed or late appointments (over 10 minutes late) without notice are considered forfeited.

Subscription Cancellation

Your subscription will renew monthly until you notify us to cancel.

Photo/Video Release

With your verbal or written consent, we may use photos, testimonials, or videos for marketing purposes. Private sessions will remain confidential unless explicit permission is granted.

Updates to Terms & Conditions

Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will be available at www.kokorocreators.com. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to updated terms.

Standards of Conduct

All members and guests agree to:

Treat others with respect.Abide by laws and Kokoro Creators’ rules.Act safely and responsibly.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

Prohibited Conduct Includes (but is not limited to):

Physical/verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or hazing.Unauthorized use of services, credentials, or facilities.Disorderly conduct, drug or alcohol intoxication on premises.Unauthorized commercial activity.Recording others without permission.Vandalism, assault, theft, or possession of prohibited substances or weapons.

Serious misconduct may be reported to law enforcement.

Legal Notices

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes shall be settled through confidential arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah.
