Deeper Than Words
"Group Hypno has been surprisingly helpful to me. Some of what I feel I need to process is so deep that I don’t have words to talk about it directly with anyone. Group Hypno removes some of the roadblocks for me."

Crisis to Calm

Feeling the FLOW
"I loved that you used universal language to include people of any faith. I also loved the light healing visualizations! I also was able to achieve my desired intention to have more confidence in my musical performance going from a 4 to an 8 on a scale of 1-10, which is super awesome."
– A. D.
Letting Go of Abandonment
"There was one session specifically that helped me recognize the loss I felt of what might have been from being adopted at birth. During the Group session, I was able to grieve that fear and let go of the feeling of abandonment that I have struggled with my whole life."

Why This Works:
Discover how daily practice helps you overcome impostor syndrome, build confidence, and create consistent growth—one step at a time.
A month ago, while intuitively guiding our community in meditation, we imagined a mountain journey. From far away, the mountain looked small. But as we began to climb, it suddenly felt impossibly big.
Then words came out of me that even surprised myself:
“Your future results cannot be measured by your current capacity—because every step you take, you get stronger.”
That’s the heart of overcoming impostor syndrome. When you feel small or unqualified, it’s not a verdict—it’s an invitation to practice.
When self-doubt creeps in, The 3 Vital Questions from David Emerald’s book 3VQ empower us to shift our focus, strengthen a growth mindset, and reclaim our power.
Impostor syndrome fixates on what you don’t have—the skills, results, or recognition that seem out of reach. But when we dwell on lack, momentum slows and the journey feels heavier.
Instead, shift your focus to what you are creating. What I call the “messy middle” of growth is proof that you’re in motion—not evidence that you’re failing.
💡 Reflection Question: Where is your focus right now—on what’s missing, or on the results you’re building through consistent daily practice?
In high school, I danced six hours a day. My teachers corrected me relentlessly, and I often felt not good enough. But I loved dance too much to quit.
I wasn’t the most talented—I was more like Rudy, the underdog who refused to give up. That commitment got me into the BYU dance program—even though my admittance score was 70% when 80% was required. They called me their “sentimental favorite.”
That same tenacity carried me through homeschooling my children with daily reading, and even now in my morning T-Tapp practice. The principle is always the same:
👉 Commitment comes before confidence.
As Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Dan Sullivan explain in 10x is Easier than 2x, growth always follows the 4 Cs: Commitment → Courage → Capability → Confidence.
These steps aren’t optional—they’re sequential. Confidence is not the starting line. It’s the reward for showing up.
💡 Reflection Question: How do you relate to yourself when you stumble—as a harsh critic, or as a committed learner practicing resilience?
The principle is simple: small, consistent practice compounds into extraordinary results.
When you practice daily:
You build neural pathways that make action easier.
You eliminate decision fatigue because the decision is already made.
You strengthen belief in results you cannot yet see.
And here’s the paradox: consistency in one area transfers to another. If you’ve built discipline in workouts, you can bring that same muscle into writing, leadership, or entrepreneurship.
💡 Reflection Question: What is one area of your life where you could commit to daily practice and trust that confidence will follow?
Impostor syndrome whispers: you’re not ready.
Daily practice proves: you are becoming ready—one imperfect step at a time.
Every step you take not only makes you stronger—it prepares you to influence, serve, and inspire others who are still standing at the base of their own mountain.
So the next time you feel unqualified, remember: your current capacity isn’t the measure of your future success. The mountain doesn’t shrink—you grow.
💞 You’ve got this. I’m right here walking beside you.
To Your Victory,
Pennie
