Kokoro Ripple Effect Referral Program

Referral Partner Terms

1. The Ripple Effect Referral Relationship

The Kokoro Ripple Effect Referral Program is designed to help meaningful experiences spread through trusted relationships.

As a Referral Partner, you may introduce people to eligible Kokoro Creators programs, events, experiences, memberships, and other offerings using your personal referral link or another tracking method provided by Kokoro Creators.

You do not need to be a Kokoro client, member, or participant to become a Referral Partner.

Registration and participation in the Kokoro Ripple Effect Referral Program are free. No purchase, paid membership, or prior participation in a Kokoro program is required.

The program welcomes both:

  • Individuals who have personally experienced Kokoro and want to share it with others
  • Businesses, professionals, organizations, and community partners who believe a Kokoro experience may be valuable to the people they serve

Participation does not create an employment, agency, legal partnership, joint venture, franchise, or representative relationship between you and Kokoro Creators.

You are responsible for deciding when, where, and how you share Kokoro within these Terms.

The relationship is the outcome. The invitation is a possibility.

2. How We Share

The Ripple Effect Referral Program is built around four simple actions:

Ask. Invite. Allow. Receive.
  • Ask: Connect with genuine curiosity.
  • Invite: Share when something Kokoro offers may meaningfully connect with what the person wants or needs.
  • Allow: Respect the person's ability to make their own decision without pressure or attachment to the outcome.
  • Receive: Remain open to the natural results of meaningful connections.

Our expectations are to care deeply, communicate clearly and accurately, avoid exaggeration, and release the outcome.

Sharing should support connection, choice, and individual autonomy.

3. Ripple Effect Commission Structure

The Kokoro Ripple Effect Referral Program uses a three-level commission structure to recognize qualifying purchases connected through Referral Partners.

Ripple 1 — Direct Connection — 25%

When someone you personally introduce to Kokoro makes a qualifying purchase attributed directly to your Referral Partner account, you receive a 25% commission.

Ripple 2 — Partner Connection — 10%

When a Referral Partner you personally introduced makes a referral and that person completes a qualifying purchase, you receive a 10% commission on that qualifying purchase.

Ripple 3 — Community Connection — 5%

When the connection continues through the next eligible Referral Partner level and results in a qualifying purchase, you receive a 5% commission on the portion of the purchase designated as commissionable at the Ripple 3 level.

Commissions are calculated on the actual commissionable amount collected by Kokoro Creators after applicable discounts, credits, refunds, exclusions, or adjustments.

Only offers identified by Kokoro Creators as eligible for referral commissions qualify under the program.

There are no enrollment quotas, posting requirements, or minimum activity requirements to remain a Referral Partner.

4. Qualifying Purchases

A qualifying purchase is a completed purchase of a Kokoro Creators offer that:

  • Is designated as eligible for referral commissions
  • Is properly attributed through the Kokoro Creators referral tracking system
  • Has been successfully paid
  • Has not been refunded, reversed, disputed, canceled, or otherwise disqualified

Different Kokoro offers may have different pricing, discounts, commissionable portions, campaign rules, or referral rewards.

When an offer has specific referral conditions, those conditions will be communicated to Referral Partners and apply in addition to these Terms.

5. Connection Tracking

  • Each Referral Partner will receive a personal referral link, code, business identifier, or other tracking method determined by Kokoro Creators.
  • The standard referral tracking window is 365 days unless otherwise stated for a particular offer or campaign.
  • If someone connects with Kokoro through more than one Referral Partner, attribution will be determined by the current Kokoro Creators tracking system.
  • Commissions are based on qualifying purchases and Referral Partner relationships recorded by that system.
  • Referral Partners are responsible for using the appropriate link, code, or tracking method when sharing Kokoro.

Kokoro Creators cannot guarantee referral credit when the tracking method is not used or attribution cannot reasonably be verified.

6. Commission Payments and Preferences

Commission Payments

Referral commissions are paid:

  • Through PayPal unless Kokoro Creators communicates another approved payment method
  • Net 30 after the qualifying purchase, subject to receipt of the information necessary to process payment

Referral Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Kokoro Creators may request or confirm payout information after registration and before issuing commissions.

Your Commission Preference

When registering for the Kokoro Ripple Effect Referral Program, Referral Partners are required to select how they would like their earned referral commissions handled.

Available preferences include:

  • Receive My Commissions: Receive earned referral commissions according to the payment terms of the program.
  • Interested in Paying It Forward: Express interest in directing some or all future commissions toward the Kokoro Pay It Forward Fund. This selection is for informational purposes only and does not authorize any allocation of commissions.
  • Decide Later: Receive additional information before making a decision about participating in the Kokoro Pay It Forward Fund. Until a separate allocation authorization is completed, earned commissions remain payable to the Referral Partner under the standard payment terms.

The Kokoro Pay It Forward Fund

Kokoro Creators is developing the Kokoro Pay It Forward Fund to help create opportunities for individuals to participate in eligible Kokoro experiences.

Participation in the fund is entirely voluntary. No Referral Partner is required to contribute any portion of their commissions.

Expressing interest in the fund during registration does not authorize Kokoro Creators to redirect, donate, withhold, or allocate any earned commissions to the fund.

No referral commissions will be allocated to the Kokoro Pay It Forward Fund without the Referral Partner's separate, affirmative written authorization.

Once the fund's procedures are established, Referral Partners who wish to participate will be provided with a separate Commission Allocation Authorization.

This authorization will identify the amount or percentage of commissions to be allocated, which commissions are covered, when the authorization becomes effective, and how future allocations may be changed or stopped.

Unless expressly authorized otherwise, changes to commission allocation preferences will apply only to future commissions.

Contributions to the Kokoro Pay It Forward Fund should not be assumed to qualify as tax-deductible charitable donations.

Changes to Your Commission Preference

Referral Partners may request to update their commission preferences by contacting Kokoro Creators or through an approved account management process.

Kokoro Creators will maintain records of commission preferences and any separate allocation authorizations.

A request to change or revoke an allocation authorization will apply prospectively, subject to the terms of that authorization and any allocations already completed.

Refunds, Reversals, and Adjustments

If a qualifying purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or canceled, the associated commission will be canceled and will not be payable.

If a commission has already been paid on a transaction that is later reversed, Kokoro Creators may deduct the amount from future referral commissions where permitted.

7. Personal Purchases

Referral Partners may not earn a referral commission on their own purchases.

Purchases made by family members, household members, employees, clients, customers, or other personally connected individuals may qualify when:

  • The purchase is genuinely made by someone other than the Referral Partner
  • It is properly attributed through the tracking system
  • The transaction meets all requirements of a qualifying purchase

Referral status does not automatically provide free or discounted access to Kokoro programs, events, memberships, or other paid experiences.

8. Referral Disclosure

Referral Partners must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation when recommending or sharing a Kokoro offer through a referral relationship.

The disclosure should be easy for the recipient to notice and understand.

For example:

"I'm a Kokoro Referral Partner and may receive a commission if you choose to participate through my link."

Referral Partners are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, email, privacy, marketing, and other laws and regulations.

9. Accurate Representation of Kokoro

Referral Partners agree to represent Kokoro Creators, its programs, events, experiences, and services accurately and respectfully.

Referral Partners may not:

  • Guarantee personal, professional, financial, relationship, emotional, health, or other outcomes
  • Make misleading or exaggerated transformation claims
  • Use fear, shame, pressure, deception, manipulation, or manufactured urgency to influence decisions
  • Suggest that something is wrong with a person to persuade them to purchase
  • Represent Kokoro experiences as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional treatment when they are not
  • Represent themselves as Pennie Wilson, Kyle Wilson, Kokoro Creators, or an official spokesperson unless specifically authorized
  • Misrepresent pricing, program features, event details, access, availability, refund policies, or other terms
  • Make promises not authorized by Kokoro Creators

The purpose of sharing is to help people see an opportunity that may support something meaningful to them.

Referral Partners make the opportunity visible, communicate it clearly, and allow each person to decide whether it feels right for them.

10. Written Sharing and Personal Conversations

Referral Partners may create their own:

  • Emails
  • Text messages
  • Social media captions and posts
  • Direct messages
  • Personal invitations
  • Newsletter content
  • Conversation-based introductions
  • Other written promotional content

Advance approval is not required for ordinary written sharing as long as the content follows these Terms and accurately represents Kokoro.

Kokoro Creators may provide sample messaging, conversation guides, Connection Cards, social assets, event materials, and other resources.

Referral Partners are encouraged to personalize their communication rather than copy language that does not sound natural to them.

11. Kokoro Visual Assets and Branding

Kokoro Creators may provide approved graphics, Connection Cards, videos, flyers, social media assets, event materials, logos, promotional resources, and educational materials.

Referral Partners may use these resources when sharing eligible Kokoro experiences.

Referral Partners may not:

  • Alter Kokoro branding in a misleading way
  • Create materials that appear to be official Kokoro Creators materials when they are not
  • Modify approved materials in a way that changes their meaning or creates inaccurate claims
  • Use Kokoro trademarks, logos, names, images, videos, or other intellectual property in a way that suggests ownership or authorization beyond the referral relationship

All Kokoro names, logos, graphics, trademarks, course materials, videos, written resources, and intellectual property remain the property of Kokoro Creators or their respective owners.

Participation does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

12. Businesses and Professional Collaborators

Businesses, practitioners, professionals, and organizations may participate in the Ripple Effect Referral Program without first purchasing or personally experiencing a Kokoro program.

Business Referral Partners may share Kokoro through appropriate channels including:

  • Printed displays
  • Flyers or cards
  • Client or customer conversations
  • Email and newsletters
  • Social media
  • Community groups
  • Events
  • Other appropriate communication channels

Referral Partners are responsible for obtaining necessary permission before sharing materials in a workplace, business, organization, email list, community, or environment they do not personally control.

Participation does not create an endorsement, sponsorship, clinical relationship, professional partnership, or joint venture unless established in a separate written agreement.

14. Referral Partner Resources and Support

Kokoro Creators may provide Referral Partners with resources such as:

  • Relationship Conversation Guides
  • Connection Cards
  • Sharing examples
  • Program and event information
  • Promotional materials
  • Videos and training
  • Campaign resources
  • Referral tracking tools

Participation in training or support resources is optional unless a specific requirement is identified for a particular campaign.

Referral Partners remain responsible for communicating authentically, respectfully, accurately, and in alignment with these Terms.

15. Complimentary Ticket Referral Rewards

Kokoro Creators may offer additional referral rewards for selected events or campaigns.

When a four-referral complimentary ticket reward is active, a Referral Partner who generates four qualifying paid registrations through eligible Direct Connections may earn one complimentary ticket under that campaign's terms.

Qualifying registrations must:

  • Be attributed to the Referral Partner
  • Be fully paid
  • Not have been refunded, canceled, disputed, or reversed
  • Meet any additional event-specific conditions

The complimentary-ticket reward is separate from Ripple Effect commissions.

Complimentary tickets:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are subject to event availability
  • May be subject to event-specific registration requirements
  • May not be combined, transferred, or converted to cash unless Kokoro Creators specifically permits it

Kokoro Creators will communicate the redemption method and event-specific conditions when the reward is offered.

16. Taxes

Referral Partners are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, business registrations, licenses, or other financial responsibilities associated with commissions they receive.

Kokoro Creators may request information or documentation reasonably required for payment, accounting, or tax reporting purposes.

17. Program Participation

Kokoro Creators reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Referral Partner's participation if the Referral Partner:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Makes misleading or prohibited claims
  • Fails to appropriately disclose the compensated referral relationship
  • Misuses Kokoro branding or intellectual property
  • Engages in fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Uses unauthorized paid advertising
  • Manipulates tracking or referral attribution
  • Engages in behavior that could reasonably harm Kokoro Creators, clients, participants, Referral Partners, collaborators, or the integrity of the program

If participation is terminated, legitimate commissions already earned on qualifying purchases before termination remain subject to these Terms and applicable refund or payment conditions.

18. Changes to the Ripple Effect Referral Program

Kokoro Creators may update:

  • Eligible offers
  • Referral rewards
  • Commissionable amounts
  • Tracking methods
  • Promotional resources
  • Pricing and discounts
  • Campaigns
  • Program procedures
  • These Referral Program Terms

Material changes affecting existing Referral Partners will be communicated when appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change commissions already earned on qualifying purchases.

19. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the Kokoro Ripple Effect Referral Program does not guarantee referrals, purchases, commissions, income, complimentary tickets, or any particular financial result.

Results vary based on relationships, communication, circumstances, participation, audience, timing, and other factors.

Referral Partners are encouraged to focus first on creating meaningful connections rather than pursuing a particular financial outcome.

The relationship is the outcome. The invitation is a possibility.
