MMM Affiliate Partner Program — Terms

1. Affiliate Relationship

As an MMM Affiliate Partner, you may introduce Multidimensional Money Mastery ("MMM") to people in your audience, community, or personal relationships using your unique affiliate tracking link.

Participation in the Affiliate Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, legal partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Kokoro Creators.

You are responsible for deciding when, where, and how you share MMM within these terms.

2. Ripple Effect Commission Structure

MMM uses a three-part Ripple Effect commission structure to recognize qualifying enrollments connected through an Affiliate Partner.

Ripple 1 — Direct Connection — 25%

When someone you personally share MMM with chooses to enroll and the enrollment is attributed directly to your affiliate account, you receive a 25% commission.

Ripple 2 — Partner Connection — 10%

When an Affiliate Partner you personally introduced shares MMM and someone chooses to enroll through that Partner Connection, you receive a 10% commission on the qualifying enrollment.

Ripple 3 — Community Connection — 5%

When that connection continues through the next Affiliate Partner and someone chooses to enroll through that Community Connection, you receive a 5% commission on the qualifying enrollment.

Commission is calculated on the actual amount paid for the qualifying MMM enrollment after any applicable discount.

For example, on a $495 MMM enrollment before any discount:

  • Ripple 1 at 25% = $123.75
  • Ripple 2 at 10% = $49.50
  • Ripple 3 at 5% = $24.75

There are no enrollment quotas, posting requirements, or minimum activity requirements to remain an Affiliate Partner.

3. Optional 10% Audience Savings

Affiliate Partners may share the MMM 10% savings code provided by Kokoro Creators with their audience or community.

Offering the 10% savings is optional.

The audience savings does not change the applicable Ripple commission percentage. Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected after the savings is applied.

4. Connection Tracking

  • Each Affiliate Partner will receive a personal affiliate tracking link.
  • The MMM tracking window is 365 days.
  • If a person connects with MMM through more than one Affiliate Partner link before enrolling, attribution will be determined by the current Kokoro Creators affiliate tracking system.
  • Ripple commissions are based on qualifying enrollments and Affiliate Partner connections recorded by the Kokoro Creators affiliate tracking system.
  • Affiliate Partners are responsible for using their personal tracking link when sharing MMM.

5. Commission Payments

Affiliate commissions are paid:

  • Through PayPal only
  • Net 30 after the qualifying enrollment

Affiliate Partners are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address.

If a qualifying enrollment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or otherwise canceled, the related commission will be canceled and will not be payable.

If a commission has already been paid on a transaction that is later reversed, Kokoro Creators may deduct the amount from future affiliate commissions where permitted.

6. Personal Purchases

Affiliate Partners may not earn commission on their own MMM enrollment.

Affiliate Partners may use the available 10% audience savings code when purchasing MMM for themselves.

Purchases made by family members or members of the Affiliate Partner's household may qualify for commission when they are legitimate purchases made by someone other than the Affiliate Partner and are properly attributed through the affiliate tracking system.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliate Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when sharing or promoting MMM.

The disclosure should be easy for the audience to notice and understand.

For example:

"I'm an MMM Affiliate Partner and may receive a commission if you enroll through my link."

Affiliate Partners are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, email, privacy, and marketing laws and regulations.

8. Accurate Representation of MMM

Affiliate Partners agree to represent Multidimensional Money Mastery accurately and respectfully.

Affiliate Partners may not:

  • Guarantee financial results
  • Promise income or specific financial outcomes
  • Make misleading or exaggerated transformation claims
  • Use fear, pressure, deception, or manipulation to encourage enrollment
  • Present MMM as financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological, or mental health treatment
  • Claim that participation guarantees financial success
  • Represent themselves as Joan Advent, Kokoro Creators, or an official spokesperson unless specifically authorized
  • Misrepresent MMM pricing, features, curriculum, access, or program terms

The purpose of sharing MMM is to make the opportunity visible, communicate it clearly, and allow each person to decide whether the experience feels right for them.

9. Written Marketing Content

Affiliate Partners may create their own:

  • Emails
  • Social media captions
  • Posts
  • Personal messages
  • Personal invitations
  • Other written promotional copy

Written copy does not require advance approval as long as it follows these Affiliate Terms and accurately represents MMM.

10. MMM Visual Assets and Branding

Kokoro Creators will provide approved MMM graphics, visual assets, videos, and other promotional resources.

Affiliate Partners may use these materials to share MMM.

Affiliate Partners may not create their own official MMM branded graphics, alter MMM branding in a misleading way, or represent independently created materials as official MMM promotional materials without permission.

All MMM names, logos, graphics, trademarks, course materials, videos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Participation in the Affiliate Partner Program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

12. Affiliate Partner Support

Kokoro Creators may provide Affiliate Partners with promotional resources, sample messaging, program information, campaign resources, and other support.

Kyle Wilson will also host an optional Affiliate Partner Q&A directly after each live weekly MMM session, for up to 30 minutes.

Participation in Affiliate Partner support or Q&A sessions is optional.

13. Purchasing MMM as an Affiliate Partner

Affiliate Partners are not required to purchase MMM.

However, Affiliate Partners are encouraged to experience the program when possible so they can better understand what they are sharing.

Affiliate Partners who purchase MMM receive the same program access associated with their purchase, including applicable live sessions and replays.

Affiliate status alone does not provide access to the paid MMM program or course replays.

14. Affiliate Partner Bonus Reward

An Affiliate Partner who reaches 10 paid MMM enrollments through qualifying Direct Connections will receive a single-use coupon for:

50% off the Kokoro Community 3 Month Program

The reward coupon:

  • Is single use
  • Does not expire
  • Is issued after the Affiliate Partner reaches 10 qualifying paid MMM enrollments through Direct Connections

The bonus is separate from Ripple Effect commissions.

15. Taxes

Affiliate Partners are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other financial responsibilities associated with commissions they receive.

Kokoro Creators may request information or documentation reasonably required for payment or tax reporting purposes.

16. Program Participation

Kokoro Creators reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate Partner's participation if the Affiliate Partner:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Makes misleading or prohibited claims
  • Fails to disclose the affiliate relationship
  • Misuses MMM branding or intellectual property
  • Engages in fraudulent activity
  • Uses unapproved paid advertising
  • Acts in a way that could reasonably harm MMM, Kokoro Creators, Joan Advent, participants, or the integrity of the Affiliate Partner Program

If participation is terminated, legitimate commissions already earned on qualifying enrollments before termination will remain subject to these Terms.

17. Changes to the Affiliate Program

Kokoro Creators may update the Affiliate Partner Program, Ripple Effect commission structure, promotional resources, pricing, audience savings, or these Affiliate Terms as the program evolves.

Material changes will be communicated to Affiliate Partners.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

18. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the MMM Affiliate Partner Program does not guarantee enrollments, commissions, income, or any particular financial result.

Affiliate results will vary based on individual circumstances, audience, communication, effort, and other factors.
